Delivery

All orders over £15 will include free worldwide standard shipping.

If you require your order urgently you can also select a faster shipping method within the UK and for the worldwide service, we offer a tracked option which is faster. We collect proof of postage for all our Tracked parcels. We can offer you options as quick as next day delivery in the UK, 2 days to get to the USA and Europe and 3 days for the rest of the world. So please select the shipping options that suits you.

All orders are dispatched within 24 Business Hours of cleared payment being received. Order before 11 am and it will go the same day! Now that’s fast!

We will send you an email confirmation when you place an order and when we dispatch your order.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcel Force services worldwide. The services are outstanding and get you your items the fastest possible way.

Some orders will be split into several packages where necessary so don’t panic if you get one parcel first. They can arrive on separate days even though you ordered them and we sent them on the same day!

Most of our packages will not fit through letter boxes, the majority of items are boxed.

However, if you are not in to receive your parcel it will either be left with your neighbour or will be sent to the local delivery office for your collection.

Orders are packed locally by our team of dedicated packers and are quality checked. Every single item is hand packed to give it the best possible protection.

Parcels include a return to sender information just in case your address is a little wrong or the delivery guys and gals cannot find you. We want to make sure we can get the items back so we can resend them!

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your item, here's what to do next...

We accept returns back without reason within 30 days of your delivery date worldwide. 

If you are returning your item, however, tempting it might be, DO NOT use your item otherwise we will not be able to give you your hard earned cash back. Returned items must be unused, sealed and still in the same condition as sent. Any item used or damaged by the buyer will not be accepted back as a return so please repack them well. Just use the packaging we sent you and you will be just fine.

We will fully refund the item cost to you when the returned item is received. Of course you the buyer will need to cover the postage costs back to Sol Retail and Sol Retail will deduct the original postage cost of the item before refunding the item.

We will not take responsibility for items not collected from the local delivery offices. Please ensure you collect your parcels if you are not in when the delivery is attempted and do it fast! Delivery companies tend to only hold on to the parcel for a maximum of 14 days so planning is needed if you are going on your holidays! You will also need to visit the local delivery office as they will not discuss your parcels on the phone.

Please make sure you include returns form in your parcel as we are unable to accept returns without this, the form will provide you with all the information you require to return your parcel and enable us to process the return and refund you as quickly as possible!
